Assembly Items

How to record Assembly Items ?

first click on "Task Menu" and than click on "Assemblies " than this window will appear as

When Click on Assemblies than this window will appear as

 It include the information of
Item ID
Name
Reference
Date
Quantity on hand
Quantity to build
New quantity
Reason to build

Item ID:

It include the assembly items that you want to Assembled like that we want to assembled W002 as

Name:

When select the item ID than open the Name as "Chair"

Reference:

write the reference number for the information of assemblies items that contain only 20 alphanumerical characters as

Date:

Click on Date menu and select the date on which assemblies items are record as

Quantity on hand:

It include all the quantity that is on hand in the form of stock.

Quantity to Build:

Enter the quantity that you want to build,Assembly must be include in "Bills Of Material tab "in "Maintain Inventory Items" window.

If we Write wrong the Quantity to build as we write more than quantity as 10000 and this quantity is not on hand and  when press the OK button than a window will appear that show not this quantity  have in the company as

And when we write the quantity that is on hand like 100 units  than accept the computer and further process is start as

New Quantity:

This show that quantity that shows after the process of Quantity to Build that is remain on hand .

Reason to Build:

Enter the reason for building the assembly items. for example "Needed more on company invoice".
