How to check Report in Peach tree Accounting system:




How to check Report in Peach tree Accounting system:
Report shows the financial position of the company

First click on “Report” and this window will appear as.















When you want to see the subsidiaries of Accounts than click on left side of this window as





For Selecting a Report First click on “Financial Statement” contain left side than Click on “Standard Balance Sheet” on Right side as










After Double clicking on Balance sheet than this window will appear that shows the we select the Report period that I want to see as

We select current period and Click OK

Then this window will appear that shows the Assets, Liabilities and Owner’s Equity as below




Copy of Financial Report on Microsoft Excel
We can insert the copy of Financial Report on Microsoft Excel
First click on “EXCEL” on financial statement 








After click on Excel than this window will appear as below

We select current period and Click OK

When we select ok than this window will appear and we choose the option of “Create a new Microsoft Excel workbook” and then click on OK as

How to record journal entry

How to record General journal entry in the Peach tree:

First open "Task "than this window will appear as



when click on General journal entry than this window will appear as





it include the information of
date
Reference
General ledger account
Description
items
debit
credit


In the General journal entry we can record the  entries ,first put the date than give Reference as



After  that select the G/L account for selecting this option Click on look up button and and than select the Account as











After select the G/L account than put the general journal entries and write the amount either on the Debit or credit sided  and than save as













All that show as












How to Record Sales /Invoices

How to Record the Sales /Invoices.?

First of all click on the "Task menu" and than click on sales or invoice than this window will appear as 

















It include he information of  
Customer ID
Date
Invoice number 
Apply to sales Order 
Select the invoice number
Items 
Shipped 
Remaining
Description
Unit price
Amount

 

Customer ID;

First for choose the customer ID Click on Look up button and than select the customer that associate with this that Invoice as














Date:

Write the date  of the transactions as



Invoice Number:

After write the Invoice number that already write in the sales order as





Apply to sales order number:


After that window will change apply to sales to "Apply to sales order  number"as
 

 and than select the sales order number that we already made sales order as
it include the information  of

In this window just write the Shipped that is quantity that returned  and save as










Global Option

 How we can changes in peach tree software setting by using of Global option.?

First click on "option" on Tab menu than this window will appear and select the "Global"as

1. Accounting:

In the Accounting option we can change decimal entry that determine the decimal points it can be Manual or can be Automatic as










               Automatic Decimal entry:


In this option if we write the 1 number than it show on peach tree as 0.01 and we can choose the 5 decimal entry that show as 0.00005 as









Manual Decimal Entry:







On manual if we write the 1 than it shows as 1.00 in the per unit / amount column as








Hide General ledger Account:
In accounting  we can hide the account of Account receivable and Account payable as











If hide than not show as 










Other Option:
In other option  we can changes  like Hide the Inactive records as










2. In general account:



Improve performance:
Improve performance can change as



Line Entry:
In line inventory we can change the line it meas In invoice,payments, etc show the one or two lines .
generally we choose the line 1 for single line.


Smart data entry:

Color scheme:
we can change colors that i want to change as



3. Peach tree partners:
I have no link with the partners so that option we are not choose 


4. Spelling:

we can change spelling as



Spell check option:
we can check spell given the two option
Check spell as you type
Check spell as on save or close.

Fat but less accurate
Moderate fast but accurate
slow but accurate
we chose the option of Moderate fast but accurate for the accuracy of data as


After that click on "OK"

Select the customer Id that associate with that  Credit memo as

Enter the credit Number of memo or other invoice number as

Select the invoice number that include in the sales invoice as















After selecting the Invoice number than this window will appear as

Returned:

Write the quantity that returned in the original sales invoice .

Description:

write the description that is returned  like that Butter.

unit Price:

Enter the unit price that is return quantity.

Amount:

After write the Returned quantity,Description,unit price that amount of returned quantity is automatically appear.
